The arrival day is usually Thursday although at certain times of year we are flexible - The accommodation has a Private Heated Swimming Pool - is Air Conditioned with SIX Bedrooms, FIVE Bathrooms, TWO Shower Rooms and a GAMES ROOM - This relatively NEW VILLA has been beautifully decorated and furnished. Each Bedroom has its own colour scheme with co-ordinating soft furnishings and all the bathrooms have corner baths.
The architecture is attractive and interesting with curved walls and an impressive circular Entrance Hall. The modern kitchen is very well equipped with two enormous Fridge Freezers - Dishwaqsher - Washing Machine and Dryer, a Hob and a built in Cooker. The sitting room is also beatifully furnished with a plush curved sofa, a lovely dining suite and a wood burning Stove. There are mosquito nets on all doors and windows.
The Villa is on a substancial plot of land and is close to the village of Porches and Armação de Pêra with excellent restaurants and a long sandy beach. It is also a short drive from the lively resort of Praia do Carvoeiro and very central to all the good Golf in the area.
