Booking Notes

To Secure your reservation we will require a 25% Deposit on booking. The balance of 75% will become payable 12 weeks before your arrival. A £400 breakage bond is required with the final payment. The breakage bond will be returned to you within 48hrs of your departure providing no damage has occurred. Pool Heating is £120 per week to cover the additional electricity used. Prices quoted are for a Party of up to eight persons.

Prices quoted are for the entire Villa per week in UK Pounds for a Party of up to 12 persons For July and August. Prices quoteed at other times are for a Party of up to 8 persons. Please request a quote for a Party of 9 - 12 persons.

SPECIAL OFFER: For Oct / Nov / Dec / Jan / Feb / Mar and April Last minute discount! is 20% if booking start date is less than 2 weeks away. 15% if booking start date is less than 4 weeks away. 10% if booking start date is less than 6 weeks away. Long stay discount is 20% if booking length is more than 6 weeks. 5% if booking length is more than 2 weeks.
